Man Convicted of Having Sex With Pony – AGAIN

An Australia man was convicted a second time of having sex with his pony at a farm in Victoria, Australia.

Noel Mitchell, 67, who owns the farm, will not face any jail time following the conviction for the crime that took place in January 2014. Mitchell also avoided jail time in another incident that took place in 2013 when he was released on a community correction order.

Following the first incident, Mitchell received no counseling. Judge Lance Pilgrim claims that Corrections Victoria dropped the ball and was negligent in their duty to care for the man following the first pony assault, according to Mirror. Pilgrim even went as far to say that the government’s mistake was a “disgrace,” “deficient,” “appalling collapse.”

“It was part and parcel of the magistrates’ order,” he said. “I’m disappointed Corrections made no directions for counseling of any kind.’’

A neighbor filmed Mitchell having sex with the pony while standing on a milk crate at his own home. The judge has once again sentenced the man to 18 months of community work and counseling. Mitchell has also been referred to a local support group.

During the sentencing, Mitchell apologized to his estranged wife, telling the court that he is embarrassed and ashamed of his actions
