The pictures where first published by the New York Daily news, who censored it. But as it usually is with salacious pictures of celebrities, it did not take long for the uncensored photos to flood the web.
Bieber’s legal team then sent cease and desist letters to several websites who were publishing the photos, as they said the photo were taken without his knowledge or consent, and violated his privacy. However, TMZ reports this morning that the singer does not exactly mind the photos anymore, because they show he’s endowed down there.
